This program, sponsored by the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute, provides funding to support well-designed studies that compare health system strategies to improve blood pressure management and control in primary care, community, and safety net settings for populations experiencing disparities in outcomes, including Black, Hispanic, rural, and uninsured individuals. Eligible applicants include any public or private-sector research organization, nonprofit organizations, for-profit organizations, universities and colleges, hospitals and healthcare systems, laboratories and manufacturers, units of local, state, and federal government. The program will make awards of up to $10,000,000 for small studies and up to $15,000,000 for large studies.
