Enrollment in Wisconsin’s health care coverage program for low-income residents grew dramatically in April and May due to job losses caused by the pandemic. Nearly 65,000 residents have enrolled since April. According to state data, adults made up the majority of new enrollees. The notable increase comes at a time when state tax revenue is declining.
