The latest federal COVID-19 relief package passed by Congress in December includes changes to the Provider Relief Fund. The legislation allows the use of “budgeted-to-actual” lost revenue calculations if the budget had been approved before March 27, 2020. The legislation also adds $3 billion to the fund.
