COVID-19 Cases Approach 400 in Wisconsin

Coronavirus cases continue to increase in Wisconsin over the weekend. On Sunday, officials reported 381 people testing positive, a 35% increase for one day. No new deaths reported Sunday. with the statewide death toll at 4: two in Milwaukee County. one in Ozaukee County and one in Fond du Lac County.

All criminal and civil trials in the state have been postponed until May 22.

Wisconsin officials are asking FEMA to help procure protective gear for law enforcement officers and firefighters who risk exposure to COVID-19. The state has asked for 50,000 non-surgical masks, 10,000 ice shields, 11,000 coveralls, 3,000 N95 masks and 35,000 pairs of protective gloves.
