COVID-19 a Threat to Rural Areas, too, says Chief Medical Officer in Canada

Saskatchewan’s chief medical health officer says that while it is easier to maintain social distance and isolation in smaller towns, the high elderly population and community events are risk factors for rural people. He warns that rural dwellers should not be complacent about COVID-19.
