Gov. Tony Evers declared a new public health emergency in Wisconsin due to COVID-19 on Friday, November 20. Executive Order #95 declare that the state’s hospitals are operating at or near full capacity. Evers also signed Emergency Order #1, which requires face coverings until January 19. This is the fourth public emergency declaration of the pandemic. The new declarations came as Wisconsin surpassed 3,000 deaths from COVID-19 over the weekend.
