DHS has created maps and data tables that break down COVID-19 vaccinations by new geographic boundaries. Wisconsinites can now see existing COVID-19 vaccination data by municipalities (cities, towns, and villages), ZIP code tabulation areas, school district boundaries, and census tracts. DHS uses location data from the Wisconsin Immunization Registry (WIR) to populate the new maps with COVID-19 vaccination information, based on the address a person has on file in WIR. DHS says no personally identifiable information is shared.
